Shri Amarnathji Yatra 2012 starting via both the routes, Phalgam(Chandanwari) and Baltal from 25th June 2012 and ending on 2nd August 2012

This year 2012,Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB),Government of J&K, provides the registration facility for Amarnath Yatra through any one of the following ways---
1)Online e-Yatra Registration facility through Jammu and Kashmir Bank www.jkbank.net 
2)Offline mode - 121 Designated(selected) Jammu and Kashmir Bank Branches across India. 
3)offline mode - 49 Designated(selected) YES bank branches across India.
4)Offline mode - 4 Bihar Central Co-Operative Bank Branches.
5)Offline mode-100 selected Post Offices in Seven States - Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, Maharashtra,Uttar Pradesh,Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh (Starts from 15-May-2012).             100 Post Offices list

Note: Online e-Yatra Registration Quota is Exhausted for this year 2012. Hence for the year 2012 Yatris shall opt other means of sources i.e offline mode through designated banks/post offices, for registration facility.
STEPS to be followed for Amarnath Yatra: 
          1) Completion of Registration through Online mode/Offline mode.
       2) Submission of Filled-in Application Form(for Yatris who have done registration through offline designated banks or Post Offices need to submit this form;For Yatris who have done their registration through Online need not to submit this application form).
      3) Submission of Prescribed Compulsory Health Certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner  (For all Yatris,who have registered through Online e-yatra/offline-designated Banks/Post offices/Helicopter Booking should be submit)
Note: Yatris should submit Filled-in Application Form and Compulsory Health Certificate at Base Campus Baltas or Phalgam along with registration confirmation form and get  Yatra Permit stamped by Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board Officals, before being allowed to proceed from Pahalgam or Baltal.
